Email hosting is priced per mailbox. You can add the number of mailboxes your team needs instead of paying for a fixed bundle of unused addresses.

Through the webmail at shardcloud.app/mail, signing in with the mailbox address and its password. You can also use any app that supports IMAP and SMTP, such as your phone's mail app, Outlook or Apple Mail; the connection details are in the mailbox's Connection tab in the dashboard.

Only someone with that mailbox's password. The webmail login is separate from the Shard Cloud account: whoever uses the mailbox can read and send mail, but cannot see plans, billing or other mailboxes. The password can be rotated at any time from the dashboard.
