Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Shard Cloud Hospedagem de Sites e Tratamento de Dados LTDA, registered under CNPJ 69.043.274/0001-64 ("Shard Cloud", "we", "us"). By accessing and using Shard Cloud services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Shard Cloud provides cloud hosting services for applications, bots, databases, VPS, and websites. Our services include scalable infrastructure, technical support, and development tools.

You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials; (b) all content that you upload or host on our services; (c) complying with all applicable laws when using our services; (d) not using our services for illegal or malicious activities.

Payments are processed according to your chosen plan. All prices are subject to change with prior notice. Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

1. Eligible consumers who enter into an online contract may exercise the statutory 7 (seven)-calendar-day withdrawal right and receive a refund in accordance with applicable law. 2. AI tokens that have already been used and domain registrations may be excluded from a refund only to the extent permitted by applicable law and when the applicable limitation has been clearly disclosed before purchase. 3. After the statutory withdrawal period, you may cancel your plan at any time through the dashboard's self-service controls or official support channels. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No pro-rata refund is expected after that period, except where applicable law requires otherwise. 4. Payment disputes, chargebacks, or similar mechanisms may be investigated to prevent fraud or abuse, but do not remove any consumer rights established by applicable law.

We respect your privacy and protect your data according to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we are committed to protecting it with appropriate security measures.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. When a paid subscription ends, the related user data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to its stated legal and retention exceptions.

Shard Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

We may modify these Terms when necessary. For changes that materially reduce your rights or increase your obligations, we will provide at least 30 days' notice through our website or by email. Administrative, operational, or technical changes that do not materially affect rights or obligations may take effect when published.
